What’s included in your new patient consultation?

- A full review of your health history
- Comprehensive physical examination, including orthopaedic, neurological, and chiropractic-specific tests
- Digital posture scan and analysis

This thorough assessment helps our chiropractors create a personalised care plan tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive the best possible care. Your individual care plan will be discussed at your next appointment, called the "Report of Findings," where you can choose to begin treatment if appropriate.

Should you choose to start treatment, it will be charged at the current Chiropractic Adjustment rate.

X-Rays and MRIs : are seldom needed and, if they are, we will refer you to an independent private imaging service and you will need to pay their current fee directly to them.

The full amount paid is fully refundable by bank transfer if a full working day's notice to cancel is given by emailing us at contact@the-chiropractors.com or speaking to one of our receptionist (at any of our clinics) in person or over the telephone.

The full amount paid is fully refundable by bank transfer if a full working day's notice to cancel is given by doing so online or emailing us at contact@the-chiropractors.com or speaking to one of our receptionist (at any of our clinics) in person or over the telephone.
The charge does not include treatment as this can only take place after the consultation & examination and the chiropractor has had time to produce an individual care plan.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before you appointment time to fill in relevant forms.
If you arrive after the start of your the start of your scheduled appointment time it is entirely at the discretion of the chiropractor whether to proceed with the consultation and examination.
If the chiropractor decides not to proceed with the consultation and examination because of times constraints no refund will be made.
